ComAp had no difficulty in encouraging employees to take part in an amateur volleyball tournament called PrintSoft Byrokrat Cup on behalf of the company. The event, which is specifically for local companies (Byrokrat means bureaucrat or office people) has a great reputation and attracts around 64 teams each time it takes place.

Whilst the tournament is competitive, most people take part for fun and improved health. At ComAp, everybody recognises it's a more enjoyable way of team building outside the company, with each team comprising six players which must be mixed - at least 2 girls and 4 boys.

ComAp actively encourages positive team building - so much so the ComAp team has in the past included both senior managers and partners of the company. "As you can see, ComAp is not just work and duty, it's also fun. Do you know better way to spend Saturday than playing volleyball with your colleagues? I don't." says Daniela Hýblerová from PR department.
