The Best Employers Study was conducted by Hewitt Associates to establish a definitive benchmark against which companies can measure how effective their organization performs in providing a workplace that engages the intellectual and emotional commitment of your employees.
Taking part in the study, ComAp was analyzed in three key ways - feedback from their employees, company HR policies and the views of the top management. The key statistics influencing the final rank of each company was the engagement of its employees. This includes whether employees have an intense desire to be a member of the organisation, speak positively about the company at all times to all people and are prepared to go the extra mile for the company.

Following the survey ComAp employees were marked as having a high engagement and satisfaction with their employment. The average engagement rate of top companies like ComAp was 71%, which is 18% higher than the Czech average. The results also showed that ComAp demonstrated a very high effectiveness in their HR policies, ensuring they are aligned with the business goals of the company and are well accepted by the employees.
