ComAp maintain their reputation as one of the "Best Employers" in the Czech Republic by being voted third for the second year running in the recent survey conducted by Hewitt Associates. ComAp beat off stiff competition from a number of International companies by focussing on a style of leadership that really puts people first.

Key to ComAp?s success is employee motivation. Making everyone feel an important and valued part of the organization, adopting open communication on strategic issues has led to a high level of employee satisfaction. By getting people involved in important decision making sends a clear message that people really count and are treated as the most valuable asset of the company.

As well as being voted third in the Czech Republic, ComAp once again performed well across the whole of Central and Eastern Europe with an impressive 12th position in the small to medium company category. This followed an extensive study of over 500 companies across 10 Central and Eastern European countries, which surveyed nearly 90,000 employees.

To celebrate their achievement the whole company took part in a fun day, which involved a range of sporting activities and a party!
