During this year ComAp has started cooperation with Faculty of Mechatronics, Informatics and Interdisciplinary Studies at Technical University of Liberec. The university is a well-known for its achievements in nanotechnology research.

ComAp modernized a control system of a synchronous generator (16kW) in a lab, where education of students and workshops for other universities and industrial companies take place. Twice a year the university organizes an open day for those who are interested in studying there.

The modernization was done free of charge as a ComAp support of Czech significant university. The whole project was carried out by ComAp Systems CZ from design through production to installation and commissioning. Installation included one switchboard equipped with a control system InteliSys NT Base Box (IS-NT-BB) and 8" Detachable Colour Display Unit InteliVision 8. Screens of InteliVision 8 are very helpful for teaching because of their illustrative abilities.
 

After successful commissioning the customer commented the work of  ComAp Systems CZ:
"We are very satisfied with the modernization, the control system operates smoothly and reliably! When somebody comes visit us and wants to see the labs, we always show him synchronous generator with a new control system."
