ComAp System IT has recently completed the creation of the control system for a complex cogeneration plant, consisting of a 3516B Caterpillar engine and an absorption chiller for the combined production of electricity, hot water and chilled water. The management and maintenance of the engine is facilitated by the serial communication between the ComAp controller and the CAT engine.

With 70 analog and 96 digital inputs used, InteliSys NT will provide the total control of a power station, including auxiliary circuit, heat recovery and cooling systems.

A dedicated SCADA, based on our InteliMonitor was realized by ComAp Systems IT. With this powerful tool, the customer and the maintenance company, can always keep the power plant under control.
